Compliance with delegate registration and Cancellation Policy for the Symposium.

Registration
Course registration must be made using the online registration form or by e-mail to: tino.bonaccorsi@admedsol.com By completing the registration process you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Once your booking is accepted you will receive an invoice by email, to confirm your booking. To register properly, you must include Name, Surname, Street, Postal Code, City, Country, Email and Phone number.

Payment of fees
An invoice will be sent to you in days after registering. The payment is due within 10 days of reception. The payment date stated on the invoice is binding. Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute cancellation - see below.

Cancellation and fees
To cancel a confirmed registration you must specifically email to: tino.bonaccorsi@admedsol.com
You may cancel your registration, free of charge, until June 14th, 2024. After this date, the full amount is considered due.

Postponement or cancellation of the Event
RESORBA^® is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of an alteration, postponement or cancellation of the Seminar or your attendance at the Seminar and, shall assume no responsibility whatsoever in the event this is due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unanticipated incidence or any other event that renders presentation of this forum impracticable or unfeasible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to war, fire, extreme, labour strike, weather or other emergency. RESORBA^® will endeavour to adhere to any proposed agenda, but RESORBA^® reserves the right to alter the agenda (i.e. locality, time, date, events etc.), if judged essential and in the best interest of the Seminar. In the event that the Seminar is postponed, for any basis, including but not limited to Force Majeure we will inform the delegate immediately and give the delegate the option to transfer their registration to the alternative date. If hotel accommodation is fully booked RESORBA^® reserves the right to allocate a suitable nearby hotel for the delegate, if applicable, all attendance is subject to acceptance.

Data
RESORBA^® The data you provide may also be used for the purposes of marketing the Seminar you have registered for or future events. The data you provide will not be used by any third party or sold and will only be held for use by RESORBA^® and any of our Seminar sponsors. Should you wish for your data to be withheld please email us at: tino.bonaccorsi@admedsol.com. Photos & Videos taken at the event may be used for internal or external marketing purposes by RESORBA^® and by attending the Event you acknowledge that you may appear on web/video/media content.

Miscellaneous
You, the delegate agree to hold harmless RESORBA^® for any injury or death that may occur at the Event. RESORBA^® is not responsible for the behaviour of the delegates while at the Seminar, and is also not accountable for any costs, damages and/or expenses connected with the delegate’s transportation to/from the forum or anything relating to accommodations third party services in connection with the Seminar. RESORBA^® may eject, cancel or postpone any delegate attendance who is not behaving appropriately on the run up to or during the Seminar, at which point the full cancellation charges will be incurred by the delegate including any missed meetings.
